Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to make sure every purchase lives up to your expectations. If for any reason your clothing does not meet your standards, we are happy to provide a simple, customer-friendly return or exchange service for eligible items. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:
General Terms

Returns and exchanges are accepted for new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with all original internal tags attached, within 15 days of delivery.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, do not send your package to the address shown on the shipping label—this is only a transit hub and cannot accept returns, so refunds will not be issued for items sent there. Always ship to the designated return warehouse address we provide when approving your return.

Please contact us first before requesting a return, exchange, or any other support. Failure to do so may result in your refund being denied.

Return shipping is covered by us only for verified quality issues, such as manufacturing defects (fabric or stitching flaws), production contamination, or shipping errors. Sizing issues are not considered defects. Customers must provide photo evidence within 48 hours and keep the items for inspection. Returns may be rejected if damage appears intentional, items have been discarded, or the issue is unrelated to the product. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Notify us which item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Confirm eligibility before sending the item back.
- Provide the tracking number after shipping—refunds cannot be processed without it.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items to confirm they meet the requirements (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags), we will immediately process your refund or exchange.
Exchanges
Each item may be exchanged only once. We accept exchanges with a price difference of up to $5. If the replacement item is more expensive, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund the price difference. Please note: exchanged items are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Opening a payment dispute may temporarily pause your refund, which could take up to 75 days to resolve. For any questions or requests, contact our support team at hi@beryn-boutique.com
- The following items are non-returnable: all gift cards and surprise boxes.
- Items must not be washed, modified, or damaged.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Swimwear, certain accessories, and all sale items (including final-clearance products) are not eligible for cash refunds. If they meet return conditions, they may be exchanged for store credit only—unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
- Orders paid using store credit from previous returns are not eligible for return.

How to Return Your Order

- Only one return request may be submitted per order.
- Include details about the item(s) and the reason for return.
- After receiving your request, we will send you official return instructions.
REFUND PAYMENT
Where Is My Refund?
Refunds are processed according to your original payment method:

Gift Card Payments: Refunded as full store credit to your gift card account.

Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Klarna Payments: Two options available:
- Option 1 – Store Credit: Receive full store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s).
- Option 2 – Cash Refund: Refunded to your original payment account; original shipping fees will be deducted.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once issued. Additional processing time applies based on your payment provider:

Quality Inspection & Packaging
To guarantee consistent quality, every garment is manually inspected twice under video surveillance in our warehouses. Orders are carefully packed:
- Each item is sealed in a garment bag.
- Items with diamond or rhinestone decorations use extra protective paper to avoid snags.
- A scented desiccant packet is included to prevent moisture damage.
- Orders are cushioned with bubble wrap and sealed in biodegradable mailers for safe delivery.
Our Compliance Commitment
Our products are developed in line with international standards, including ISO and AATCC performance testing, and comply with chemical safety regulations such as EU REACH.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, contact customer service with photos within 24 hours of delivery for immediate assistance.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The following conditions are not considered quality defects:
- Loose threads, raw edges, fabric thickness, texture, or color variations caused by screen/monitor differences.
- Returns due to personal preference (style, color, fit, or changed mind).
- Damage from normal use, washing, improper care, self-repair, alterations, or other human factors.
- Sizing issues—please refer to our size chart before purchasing; our team only provides recommendations.
- Slight measurement differences between same-size items due to design variations—please refer to actual product measurements.
